Looking for a female roommate to move in a 3 bedroom apartment in Fort Green, Brooklyn. It is a quick walk to Downtown Brooklyn and there are convenient restaurants and shops in the area. The rent would be $1,529 (negotiable) + utilities (~$30). The year lease starts in August, but available to sublet now. You will be sharing the apartment with two NYU Grad students and would have your own bathroom. The unit comes with a washer/dryer and was recently renovated. We are clean and pretty down to earth. We like to keep it low key on the weekdays and have fun on the weekends.
