I am a recent VCU grad looking for a female roommate in the Fairfax county. My budget is $800 per person including utilities. I'm looking for a place with in-unit laundry and parking. I would prefer my own bathroom as well. I am employed in Fairfax County so I would like to be with 20 minutes of the area! I’m an ambivert but down for fun adventures!

I'm very friendly, clean, independent, covid-conscious, and I always pay my rent on time. I'm looking for the same in a roommate. I love to socialize but definitely appreciate having my own space. No smoking/drugs, kids, or pets please.
