Just moved back to NYC after being away for a few years. I lived in both Brooklyn & Manhattan for 13 years, but went back home to Florida to be with my family during the pandemic. I have a small dog (13 lbs) named Charlie. He is half Shih Tzu/Pomeranian. He is very sweet, loves being with people and other dogs and is hypoallergenic (does not shed). I am currently staying with friends in Brooklyn, but looking to find my own place mid-October. I am a tidy roommate, respectful of common areas and do not leave dishes in the sink or trash overnight - can't be too careful with bugs in NYC! I like being out and have a lot of friends in the city, but need a few nights in to relax during the week. I don't drink, won't bring any parties back home with me and I'm a respectful roommate. Looking for someone like-minded and views home as a comfortable place to relax and recharge.
