Has functional electricity & water, plumbing, ac & heat. The room is currently a dining room. This is an older model mobile home. I need help fixing it up. No pets. If you smoke or vape MUST do it outside. But I do have a nice big covered furnished deck. Rent is $450 a month, plus half the electric bill mid month. That will be about $75-$100 a month. Deposit will be helping get the room ready for you to move in. Available now.
