We are looking for someone to move into our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Madison! 6 or 12 month lease options , starting November 1st. Must love dogs but unfortunately, no additional pets, we do dog sit quite a bit as well!
A little bit about the house/rent:
- $950 Rent including Utilities
- 11x11 room with great natural light, a ceiling fan, and a pretty good sized closet
- House is fully furnished minus your room but if you have cute stuff we are open to it!
- Fenced in backyard with covered patio
- Washer/Dryer
- Lots of storage space!
A little bit about us:
I (Breanna) am a marketing manager at a music venue in town. Works hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days home. Makes bomb margaritas.
Lara works from home in HR (training and development VUMC). She is really into Halloween and will be painting herself for the occasion.
We are both clean, respectful and easy going. We mostly enjoy relaxing evenings at home but we also like occasional dinner or happy hours during the week, trash dating shows, walks in the neighborhood, wine and game nights, and love a Saturday night out.
We have one dog:
Frankie is a 5 year old mutt who wiggles his whole body when he wags his tail, loves squeaky toys and other dogs. He is super friendly, lazy and pretty laid back.
What we are looking for:
A non-smoker with no pets, a steady income, who’s reliable, respectful and responsible and not a slob. We’d love a new friend who we can hang out with on occasion!
