College student pursuing an engineering degree. Originally majored in agriculture business and received my AS Degree ; however changed majors prior to transferring.

I work and attend college so I’m extremely busy .

Generally, I am a clean person . Everything has its place and if time permits, I deep clean once a week to every two weeks . I don’t expect perfection , just pick up after yourself . That’s all. If your a bit messy in your personal space , that’s fine . We all get busy and cleaning will be there later . Kitchen cleanliness is probably the most important.

I’m a pretty relaxed roommate. Just be respectful to another and communicate wants or concerns . Preferably, no weekday parties . I don’t mind overnight guest , again respect is key !

I enjoy hiking, yoga , exploring the city (esp DTLA) , and the beach . I come from an agriculture background and ride horses . Usually travel weekends and am busy working .
