I am seeking 2 mid-20s roomies for September 20 2019. I have lived in this unit for 2 years now and absolutely love it - but my roomies keep getting engaged or buying homes! I live in North Redondo, 2 miles from the Hermosa Pier which I love to run after work. I am a graphic designer by day and a runner/longboarder/photographer by night. I am super clean and organized and I am gone a fair amount on the weekends to national parks. Our unit is one of 4, the neighbors are super nice, and we have an on-site dishwasher and washer/dryer.
