I’m moving to New York City (-ish) this fall for CUNY Law! Primarily looking at apartments in Astoria, Greenpoint, Long Island City, Williamsburg, Woodside, Hunter’s Point. Would love a chill rommie to ideally make rent (marginally) less expensive [~$1,000-$1600] and (marginally) less intimidating! I’m trying to start a 1 year lease around August 1st and move in the 11th!
