Available Nov. 1, 2026–May 31, 2027. Rent is fixed at $5,107/month, with a refundable $5,107 one-month security deposit. For two roommates, an even split is about $2,554/person before electricity and internet; you would need to bring/find one roommate and take the whole apartment together. Electricity and internet are separate; gas is included, and heat/water are supplied. No washer/dryer access. Weekday tours after 5 p.m. by appointment; weekends or video tours may be possible. Management approval is required. The apartment is offered as-is: there has been a mouse sighting; there may be some bathroom mold/mildew; and there are cosmetic wall/paint issues, including marked-up paint and small holes from previously hung items.
