I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s spot in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Clairemont starting December 1st. It’s in an awesome location—only 8 minutes from the beach in PB, right by the freeway, and right across from a park with tennis and basketball courts.
Details:
Rent: $1,400 per person (Landlord may potentially increase it to $1,500)
Utilities: Internet is $55 (around $27 each), SDGE ranges between $50-$100 per month
