My name is Troy and I am looking for a roommate to transfer into a two bedroom at the apartment I am currently living at. I live at La Serena Apartments in Rancho Bernardo. There is a two bedroom available on the first floor that has a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. It has a washer and dryer inside the unit along with central AC/heat, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and more.

There is a pool and jacuzzi along with a ping pong table, office with computers, and a gym. There is assigned parking with many available parking spots for guests. I have been here in a 1 bedroom since March 2024. It is a very clean, small, and quiet community. I love living here.

I am a Radiology Technologist and take x-rays at Kaiser Permanente. I work AM shifts, full time hours with lot's of overtime. I do have two friendly healthy cats, so I will need a roommate that is okay with that and mindful of making sure they don't get out. I am a very clean and organized individual and like coming home to a clean home. Cleanliness is very important to me. I do not like clutter. I am also a quiet person and like to spend my time in my room. I hope to find a mature professional with similar living habits. I have a nice dinner table, along with a fairly new couch.

I also need to mention that I have two boys who are 4 and 3. I get them every other weekend Friday evening- Sunday evening. I also get them every Wednesday 9-7. My kids will sleep with me in my room on the weekends. We do like to leave the home and go to the pool during the day. They are clean, healthy, and well-behaved.
