I have a large furnished bedroom available in a furnished 2bed, 1bath apartment (flexible move-in date in December). I am a friendly, quiet, male professional (40) looking for an easygoing roommate to share an apartment located in Fletcher Hills (on the border of El Cajon and La Mesa).

The bedroom is roomy, has a walk-in closet, and a built-in vanity with mirror and sink. The apartment has front and back patios, gets great light, and the apartment complex (Colonnade at Fletcher Hills) has on site laundry, pool/hot tub, and fitness center.

Conveniently located on Fletcher Parkway, Colonnade at Fletcher Hills is adjacent to a small shopping center that has a grocery store (Smart & Final), CVS, restaurants, and salons/barber shop. Easy access to 125, 8, 94, and 52 freeways. The neighborhood is very walkable, with the apartment a short walk from several recreational opportunities, including La Mesita Park, Junior Seau Sports Complex, YMCA, and 24 Hour Fitness. Lake Murray, Cowles Mountain, and Mission
Trails Regional Park are all within a short drive.

Rent: $1,350.00/month; $1,350 security deposit; shared utilities/apartment fees. 12-month lease (the apartment complex requires renter's insurance and proof of income). Available December 16, 2024.
