Our house is a cozy updated Historic home, with cool exposed brick and a large back yard. The room available is upstairs with a private bathroom and has tons of privacy! Utilities typically cost between $75-150 depending on the season. We have two dedicated parking spots in the alley as well as ample street parking (no residents opposite side of street so there's always spots!). We've got a great backyard with a grill and deck, perfect for enjoying summer nights. 6th is extremely accessible so mountain trips are made easy! We're in walking distance from a bunch of gyms, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc but still have that quiet Baker vibe! Dishwasher, laundry, ac, heat all on site.
