I am a full-spectrum transformation doula, which means that I guide people through transformative processes, including the full spectrum of reproductive experiences, end of life, psychedelic journeys, and personal reinvention. I also teach a holistic somatic care practice called Wild Care.

After living in California for 14 years, I'm moving back to the East Coast to be closer to family. For the past ten years I've worked as a massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and yoga instructor. I'm also a beekeeper and permaculture designer. Before that, I worked in the wine industry for a decade and have freelanced as a copywriter, editor, private Spanish teacher (my BA is in Spanish Language and Literature), community organizer, and website designer.

I'm passionate about care work and systems design with a focus on the experiences that connect us.

I am single, alcohol-free, and don't have any pets, but I love animals. My hobbies include dancing, regenerative design, writing, and rollerskating. I'm a highly creative and deeply curious person. I'm an extroverted introvert and I value self-awareness and direct, proactive, compassionate communication.
