I work long hours during the week and travel to festivals a couple times a month, so I will definitely not be a roomate is home most of the time.
Open to anything from meeting new friends to just splitting the rent and giving each other our alone time.
Ideally, I would like someone who is laid back like me and has good vibes in the apartment. I do not plan to have company often, but would also not like to be in a situation where there is a strict prohibition on having a friend stop by occasionally.
I have no pets, nonsmoker, but don't mind either.
