Hello! My name is Chad and I am planning on moving to the city in around beginning of July 2026! I am hoping to find a roommate/ multiple roommates that doesn't just want to split the rent but wants to socialize and possibly be friends.

I am hoping to be in either Hells Kitchen, Soho, or Chelsea but Manhattan at the minimum!

I am a very outgoing and personable person, and I am super excited to be moving to the city! (I need to see if these subways rats everyone is talking about are real).

I love music, art, architecture (obviously), being outside, going out as well as staying in! I am very active (although I'm not annoying about it don't worry) so i am always down for a run or a day in the park.
