Hi All,

Looking for someone to take over my roommates half of a lease of a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment, in Hamilton Heights.

Available starting September 1st. Year lease.

Room available in 2 bed 2 bath apartment,

Large spacious rooms, bedroom will be unfurnished.

Large and bright living room that will be already furnished, newly renovated kitchen with tons of storage space. Rent is $1,400 per month. Electricity and Wifi are separate.

I work full time in a Research Lab at the Zuckerman Institute at Columbia. The apartment is a 20-30 min walk to campus and very close to the nearest 1 station. I am fairly neat, and like to keep the common areas clean. In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, running, art, and video games!
