Hi hello! ISO a room and/or a roommate looking for an apartment/condo, or house. I’ll be commuting daily to Meadowvale business park, so I’m looking for anything within a reasonable commute (<1 hr) to that area.

About me: Hi, I’m Jake :) I’m clean, easygoing, and keep busy with probs too many hobbies :S My interests include rock climbing, cycling, snowboarding, backpacking/camping, reading & writing literature, exploring great food spots, tattoos, gaming, and music & concerts. Recently picked up dj’ing too (I’ll only play music through headphones don’t worry lol)! I’m slightly allergic to dogs and cats (tho I do love them), but I did live comfortably with a half outside half inside kitty for the past year.

Preferences: I’m really open, but a couple non-negotiables for me include being queer friendly, politically mindful 🍉, respectful and communicative. I’m quite tall so unfortunately no low ceiling apartments!!!
