I'm very proud of my home. It is in a very quiet location in Waterdown, Ontario. It is a bungalow/townhome/condo. There are condo rules and expectations, but very easy to live here.

Everyone loves Waterdown! Looking for one male housemate to share my completely furnished home. It’s a two floor/bungalow/condo. Your private space would be the Primary Suite on the main floor and it is fully furnished with queen bed, all new sheets and mattress cover, 4 new pillows, and new comforter. It also has it’s own private bathroom with shower/jacuzzi tub and double sink granite vanity, and brand new full set of towels. It also has a large two sided walk through California Closet, couch, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, and large dresser. Storage throughout the home. Everything is here...pots, pans, plates, furniture etc. Bring your clothes and just move in! Parking available. In house laundry. Fully furnished downstairs movie theatre that you have to see with your own eyes to believe! Private deck, yard, and natural gas BBQ. I was raised a country boy, so you have to be ok with a clothing optional home on occasion! :) This is a clean house. The pictures attached are the normal level of clean (not done up for photos). You must be clean and quiet!! If you are a slob/messy, we will not get along! No pets. No smokers. No drugs (even if they are now legal)! No parties. No addictions please! No yard work to do or shovelling snow! Gay-friendly. Rent will be due on the first of every month. RENT IS $1200.00 per month plus 1/2 of monthly bills - so around $1500.00 in total. $1200.00 includes water, parking, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, Apple TV and Disney+. First and Last required (payment plan for last month's rent can be arranged) References and proof of employment may be requested. Half of monthly bills on average (if we are conscious of use and times of usage) is roughly $250 - $300.00 per month. Easy going guy here. Bus route one block away. Waterdown has it all - Super Walmart, 5 grocery stores, Goodness Me, Shopper's, many restaurants (The Keg, Turtle Jacks etc) many banks, bike & running/walking paths. Soccer/baseball diamonds, outdoor skating track too! 12 minutes to downtown Hamilton - 10 minutes to Aldershot GO Station - 15 minutes to McMaster, 45 minutes to Toronto, 50 minutes to Niagara Falls/Buffalo, NY. Two major movie theatres within 15 minutes. Various faith churches in town. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Current housemate of two years moving out of town. Available immediately!
