I'm looking for a new flatmate in my place in East Harlem. It's 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, second floor walkup. The building is newly renovated and has a shared roof deck. The bedroom is unfurnished but the shared living area is fully furnished and there is a fully equipped kitchen. I'm a 42-year old male research scientist. I don't have pets but am open to well-behaved animals. I'm generally clean and quiet, I like watching sports and hosting a cocktail party every now and then. Would be happy if you did the same!
