A bit about me: I’m 29, and a theater director and a teacher, which in addition a fellowship at NYU, keeps me very busy. I’m out a ton, but sometimes I’ll be around for a few hours in the afternoon or WFM Thursdays and part of Fridays, depending on the week. In general I'm fairly quiet and easy to get along with -- I tend to either be working or out in the city.

I love exploring New York, watching movies, biking, and spending time with my family (my cousins are having a baby in December!), and going to weird art museums.

I'm looking to build a low-key and quiet home where I can chat with my roommates when we're around and up for it, and maybe watch a movie together on occasion, or cook a meal together, but I generally keep things low-key. I don't smoke and am looking for a smoke-free home. I also don't bring the party home, but it might be nice if we could host a holiday party together or have a dinner party on occasion.

I value cleanliness and direct communication in roommates, and building a peaceful home together!
