Hi there! I am a musician and music instructor looking for someone to share a beautiful Inglewood apartment with me. I am pretty quiet, clean and respectful. I enjoy reading and rollerblading when I'm not doing anything music related. The apartment is located in the neighborhood behind East Side Bowl on Hutson Ave. It's near the Hart Lane exit on Ellington Parkway. I know the current tenant and would really like to find a roomie ASAP so the tenant can tell the landlord he's found people to renew the lease. You’d be staying in the master bedroom with your own attached bathroom for 900/month. I’m taking the smaller room and separate bathroom at 800/month. Pets are allowed, and there's a $350 pet deposit. There will be washer and dryer. Landlord requires first month's rent and a deposit equal to a month's rent (so you'd pay $1800 total) at the time of signing.
