I’m looking for a female roommate to share a spacious 1,435 sq ft apartment at Royal Arms in Green Hills. It’s a really nice, calm area but still super close to everything in Nashville.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms total, so you’d be living with two other roommates and sharing a bathroom. The place has great amenities like two pools, a 24/7 gym, and a dog park, plus it’s walking distance to Green Hills Mall and close to Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt.
Rent is around $730/month with water included. Wi-Fi and electricity are separate but pretty reasonable. (Bed not included)
