A mature, single female, I am originally from Texas and moved to New York to pursue my passion of Acting. Completed 2 years of intense training at Tom Todoroff Acting Conservatory here in NYC. I am very driven and since graduating in 2016, I have played Cleopatra in Antony & Cleopatra, Nell Quickly and Alice in Henry V. I also played Patsy Riphorn in a wacky webseries, TAPE, which was created by two of my conservatory mates, and is now on Amazon Prime! Booked another webseries, Extra Room, which is in post-production. I am currently studying with Giles Foreman (Yat Malmgren). I plan on producing one of my screenplays within the next year. In other words, I stay busy :)
I love animals and do a lot of dog and cat sitting. I stay active and go to pilates classes. I enjoy good food, great conversation and good wine!!

Beautiful, sunny, private bedroom with your own private bath (totally furnished - including linens & towels) in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Just bring your suitcase! Near Fort Tryon Park. Near A Train and 1 Train. We would share the kitchen (has a small dishwasher) and dining room - I have all the dishes, pots and pans you would need. There is a Window Unit A/C in your bedroom, small flatscreen TV with Google Chrome for streaming (includes HBO Now, Netflix & Starz), and a laundry in the basement. There is a countertop Echo Water Filter installed in the kitchen for clean, good, hydrogen enriched water! We would share costs for WiFi and utilities (gas & electric). Your share of WiFi would be $30/month and utilities range from approximately $80/month to $180/month depending on the season, so your share would be from $40/month to $90/month.
Located in a safe, quiet, lovely, tree-lined neighborhood near Fort Tryon Park. Short walk to either the A Train or the 1 Train. Restaurants and shops located either on Fort Washington Avenue or Broadway. Grocery stores are also on both Fort Washington Avenue or Broadway. Great wine store on Broadway! Dollar Tree also on Broadway :)
