This location is great because it’s so easy to hop on 215 at S. Durango to head to The Strip, UNLV, or Henderson. or at Russell to pop up to Summerlin.

About us:
We are a lowkey and quite household, not a party house.
50ish year old female divorcee working from home most of the time with 1 of the bedrooms serving as office space. I enjoy live music, variety and stand up comedy shows, and dining out. I try to go out once or twice a week, but that doesn't always happen lol.
21 yr old Male UNLV senior with a job and plays bass in a band (he doesn't play music at the house), hangs out with friends and his partner that keep him in and out quite a bit and does not always stay here overnight.
There is a small, well trained dog and no other pets are allowed.

Large Furnished bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, chair (or clothes holder lol) and desk, 40” tv (not in pictures), walk-in closet (boxes/items will be removed), and private bathroom with bidet. -- Coming soon -- ceiling fan, area rug, and headboard -- The bathroom is a private bathroom but is actually a jack and jill and the other bedroom is office space.
Utilities and streaming services included -- gas, water, sewer, trash, electric, high speed internet, netflix, hulu, prime, apple tv, and spotify, etc.

Also supplied are most standard pantry and household staples and typically 1-2 meals per month.

Parking -- 3 car garage but really only holds 2 w/ one comfortably in the driveway or on the street. -- up for discussion.
