I am looking for a roommate that is interested in renting the 2 available rooms and a full bathroom for $1,000 flat. You will have two private bedrooms and a private bathroom. This property is located in a gated community with a clubhouse that includes a gym and a pool. The neighborhood is highway accessible and is located in a quiet area. All appliances have been replaced with new ones. Also, new ceiling fans and new light fixtures have been installed. This property is approximately 10-15 minutes away from Summerlin. There is a park down the street and overall a safe neighborhood to even jog outside during the day.
