This is a two bedroom and one and a half bathroom townhouse. The bedroom has built in shelves and there is plenty of storage for your items. The unit does come fully furnished and has laundry on the second floor. The bedrooms face the ocean and the backyard is amazing all year round. There is available parking within the complex. The landlords live next door and are extremely attentive and respondent to problems. I do have two dogs, so liking dogs is a must. I will be taking the larger bedroom which is why the rent is only $900.00 because that is far. The space is big enough for a full size bed, small book shelf and night stand.
