I am relocating to NY and looking for a room. I am also actively searching for a job, so I may not have one lined up but I can guarantee rent and also have a cosigner if needed. I tend to be quiet and keep to myself. I am pretty flexible as a roommate so I can't say that I need specific qualities in a roommate. I promise to clean up after myself and/or follow house rules if there are any. I do like to cook so I hope that is alright with my future roommate. Thanks!
