Recently moved back from school in Arizona where I studied community organizing and social justice. I currently live/work at a non-profit hostel on the UWS, hoping to move back to BK (but open to other boroughs). Looking to live more sustainably and be involved with the neighborhood I move into. Also hoping to live in a social atmosphere where we have people over often.

I keep common spaces clean and communicate openly with my living mate(s). Low maintenance/relaxed; type B, very empathetic; LGBTQIA+ friendly; non-judgmental toward recovery, mental illness, finances, or lifestyles; respectful of boundaries and sharing responsibilities; mostly vegan but won't preach about it; drinks (yes); weed (yes); nicotine (yes, but always trying to stop); other substances (on occasion); open-minded.

Looking for mid-October to November move-in (but flexible).
