About Me

Hi, I'm Emily! I'm looking to relocate within the Upper East Side. My current lease ends on July 31, so I'm looking for something starting between July 15 and August 1. My apartment wishlist is in-unit laundry, natural light, and a living room that we can decorate and host our friends for movie nights.

I'm a WFH Graphic Designer at a large non-profit and keep regular 9-5 hours. I start my mornings by hitting the snooze button 4 times, making my bed, and doing yoga. I end my nights with some HelloFresh meals, at least two episodes of a TV show (currently watching Ms. Marvel, Firefly Lane, and Dead to Me), and a very basic skincare routine. In between all of that, I love to take nature walks (being close to Central Park would be ideal), make art, scroll on TikTok, tend to my plants (I have 6), and nap. I enjoy hosting and making charcuterie boards, and hitting up diners after late nights out.

I'm a person who loves to say yes to anything, but I also really value my independence and alone time. I would consider home to be a safe and calm place for great conversations!

I'm extremely clean and would like to have a roommate that's respectful and able to keep the shared spaces clean and organized. Decorating is my favorite thing so I'd love to swap Pinterest boards and collaborate on a really fun space (mine is @emireeshigfreed)

If you think we could be a good fit, please message me! My insta is @emireeshigfreed
