A room with a great location and a beautiful view in 3b2b unit (26nd floor) in FiDi: $1,970; if you are looking for a room which has a great access to every place in Manhattan but still prefer a peaceful place in Manhattan, this unit is for you!

My friend Jackie (female, 26, American, working and Columbia MBA) and I (male, 23, Korean, NYU) are looking for our third roommate for the flex room in our 3b2b apt in FiDi. This is a spacious flex room; you need to share a bathroom with a female roommate living in the second room.
