I am a an extremely non judgmental open minded female in my late 30s. I am from France & from Morocco, and I’ve lived in the US for a long time. I’ve always had friends from different ages and backgrounds since my childhood, and this is why I welcome people from any background. The room has a loft bed. The bottom part of the loft serves has an additional leaving area furnished with a sofa bed, a TV, side table, carpet, small drawer chest, and various decor. The room has a huge unobstructed window and plenty of natural light. There is a built in closet. It is very quite indeed, and the floor is hardwood. It is very self sufficient, and the coach collapses as a bed for guests. One friendly cats live in the house. They do not usually enter the room, unless you invite them in. I would consider people with a quiet dog that does not have separation anxiety when left alone. I work from home and have experienced fostering over 40 dogs over the years !!! I can definitely dog sit as a courtesy ;-). The main rules of the house are no shoes indoors, most importantly the front & back doors need to be locked and closed at all time, and windows cannot be left open without a screen…cats safety first.
