Yasmine S - $1,250/month

I am hoping to find a roomie to apartment hunt with for a 2BR to move in sometime in July/August! I work at a public defender's office from 9-5, so really want someone who isn't a night owl. I can pay up to $1250 including utilities. A 2BR with 2 Baths would be great, but also down for a 2BR with one bathroom and laundry if having the 2 baths with laundry is out of our price range. :)

I like to keep common areas clean, as well as my own room, and am pretty quiet and introverted, and am good about keeping boundaries/giving my roommates appropriate space. I currently live in Crown Heights, and am looking to move somewhere in this area within a mile or two.

Would prefer someone else who is progressive politically, and who likes to have dinner together on occasion but also keeps respectable boundaries and has good communication skills ( no passive aggressive nonsense). I will most likely have a friend over once a week or so, and am fine with my roommate having folks over since I am fully vaccinated. Must be POC and LGBTQ friendly! :)
