Bedstuy bedroom available for sublet beginning 3/1/24. The apartment boasts 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
This bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment away from the other two bedrooms!
You will be sharing the space with two roommates (myself (Lee) and Temo (also subletting a room)). This place is LGBTQ+ friendly. We are tidy and pretty low maintenance roommates.
The bedroom is $1350 a month + utilities. Internet is $26 a month, electricity is usually $50-$80. The room will be unfurnished. One month deposit and first month’s rent will be due prior to move in. $2700 total.
The good stuff:
-There’s a gym and laundry facility in the building as well as an elevator. Incredible roof top as well. We also have our own private balcony!
-Virtual doorman
-<2 minute walk from G train, several grocery stores nearby including a bravo on the same block.
-Separate AC/Heating units in each room.
-Room dimensions: 12’ x 8’6”
