I am Rashmitha (go by Mitha), I work full-time in one of the corporate offices corporate parkway, ballantyne and I don’t drive. My current lease ends towards end of September and I'm looking to find a place by then. So, I’d appreciate if someone could help me out with commute or groceries (optional) and I’ll cover the gas or we can figure me paying a little extra towards rent. Ideal place would be as close as possible to work, so I can use ballantyne shuttle for commute.
I don’t have pets and don’t mind them as long as they don’t come into my room. I don’t have a lot of restrictions as long as the rommate/rommates keep the communal area clean.
I am 32, from India, working as BI/Data Analyst. I keep to myself mostly and might meal prep during the weekends. Cons - I play music a little loud in my room and cook with Indian spices, WHEN I cook which is very infrequent.
