Maxim G - $1,000/month

Hey, I’m Maxim, a 21-year-old moving from NJ to Charlotte this summer to start as a WIM analyst at Wells Fargo. I’m a college grad who is looking for a roommate to either find a new spot with or join an existing lease (budgeting <$1,000).

I'm pretty low-maintenance and active. In my free time, you’ll usually find me at the gym, out for a walk, or exploring CLT. I’m very laid back and respectful towards others and other people's belongings. I like to cook/meal prep a lot, and I think that I tend to be very clean, so you won’t have to worry about my dishes piling up.

I’m a social drinker on weekends but keep it professional during the week. I’m down for the occasional guest or significant other staying over (the more the merrier, honestly), and I’m totally cool with pets except cats (very allergic). Looking for a roommate who is financially responsible and ready to enjoy the city!
