We are all non-smokers and unfortunately, you cannot have a pet in the apartment, so no cats or dogs.

ABOUT THIS LISTING
We are looking for one roommate to take over a bedroom in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Park Slope apartment. The room is available Feb 1.
We are looking to replace 1 roommate who is leaving, 3 are staying. The open room is the largest bedroom in the apartment, and costs $1485 per month.
THE APARTMENT
- Third Street between 6th and 7th Avenue (Brownstone lined street)
- Washer & Dryer in apartment
- Dishwasher in apartment
- Spacious and charming, hardwood floors and high 12ft ceilings
- Two full bathrooms, great water pressure, claw foot bathtub
- Large eat-in with lots of cabinet space and a big living room with bay windows.
- We have a cleaning person who comes once every three weeks.
- Third floor walk-up
- Two and a half blocks to Prospect Park.
- Right in the center of lots of train options - less than a ten-minute walk to the F, G and R trains. The 2, 3, B, and Q are about a 12 minute walk.
THE ROOM:
-LARGE ROOM: The room fits a queen sized bed, dressers and desk. It has 2 large windows, and a large built in closet.
THE FINE FOLKS YOU WILL BE LIVING WITH

DETAILS
- Move in available February 1, 2021. There is some flexibility if you would like to move in earlier.
-Room: $1485.
-Utilities which typically run about $60 (Internet, electric, gas, and a cleaning person that comes every three weeks)
- One month security deposit and first month's rent to move in.
- The sub-lease will be from Feb 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022.
