Looking for a peaceful, light filled, good energy space? This is it! I am looking for someone who wants space of their own while not paying 2+k for it. This is a true 3bedroom that also has a doored off living room. I only want to live with one other person - so essentially, in this space we could each have our separate living spaces and rest/bedroom areas. You will see what I mean when you look at the floorplan. I envision each of us taking one of the rooms for office/day work/ walk in closet/couch and the other for bedroom and not sharing a wall. This is key to me because having guests or movies can happen without bothering each other too much! Which is great! The Kitchen is very nice and large as well as a separate space.
Right down the street from treelined Fort Greene park, near all cool restaurant convenient to manhattan and most all trains. Great grocery on the corner and a peaceful atmosphere.

More about me: live and work from home at the moment - I'm looking for an apartment that has enough space so myself and roommate feel comfortable and so I believe I found it! I have a small pup, I am sort of a night owl, I work from home and I like music. I am also extremely considerate and would never infringe on anyone's preferences. Hoping the apartment works out such that work calls or light music or *guest time* isn't such an interactive activity :)
