Hello!

My name’s Shelton, I’m 54 (m), originally from New York (Upper West Side), and always lovin’ the life here as a Native, as well as my new Venture as a Self-Employed Graphic
Artist/T-Shirt Designer/Digital Photographer, to name a few. I’ve lived a bunch of places, Manhattan, Brooklyn, South Carolina, Orlando Florida, went to school in New York "LaGuardia", and I like all Kinds of Art(s), and Music. I’ll likely be working from the apt (In particular- the Room) I’m fairly busy (and that Busy-ness includes a Home Building/ First-time Home Buying Project. Plan on having one by next year this time.

Ideally, it’d be great if we could be friends, but I also have a pretty good social network as I am from NYC, also online, so I’m pretty much set. In terms of activities, I do Write and as mentioned I'm an Artist, also in the Process of Publishing My First Book, under Own Company in the Works.

Personality-wise, I’m real easy-going, a bit of a sarcastic-comic at times, and usually get some good laughs out of the deal. That's a good trait in being a good roommate, also (ie, I won’t drink your last coke and I know how to buy the all-important tp), and wipe the drips when that shake misses the bowl. I'm neat but not necessarily a "Clean Freak" nor a slob and while my room may alternate between Whirlwind (not really like that) and organized, I totally respect the common areas and keep them neat. I'm big on being with like-minded individuals when it comes to cleaning up after yourself. I’m rarely in rush, so there's always time to Clean.

I’m trying to think of what else to add…no wild parties to be expected by me, and, yep, I have a Guaranteed source of Rent/Income.
