Deepam V - $1,800/month

I am Deepam, a 29 year old guy working in TriBeCa, at a bank. I grew up in Central Jersey and visit parents often on the weekends. I enjoy cooking dinner sometimes and always down for a good cup of coffee. I am not much of a partier, but every once in awhile, I'd plan on having guests over but I would always make sure to inform you of that well in advance to make sure it is okay with you.

I am definitely a tidy person and while I don't smoke at all, I do not judge those that do. I just ask that you don't choose to smoke in the apartment.

I am a part-time MBA student as well, so that keeps me busy most of the time.
