The apartment is in a prime location in the heart of SoHo. It is two blocks from the BD, two blocks from the JZ, a 5min walk from the Spring Street 6 stop, and a 8min walk from the Canal Street NQRW. There are many popular restaurants in the neighborhood (The Butcher's Daughter, Egg Shop, Rubirosa, Ruby's, and Prince Street Pizza, among others).
The room is available anytime between June 1 and July 1.
This is a 3Bed 2Bath apartment on the 4th floor, one of our roommates is leaving for her MBA at Wharton, she had been living here for the last 2 years. One other roommate is Shannon, she's doing her Masters/Doctoral program in Downtown Manhattan and is pretty chill.
