Room available Jan 1st (possibly a few days earlier). It would be a lease takeover and the rent is $1550 (WiFi, electric, and gas not included). Must be LGBTQIA+ friendly and like cats (my roommate has 2) and more pets are welcome as long as they get along. There are 4 laundromats within a 5 min walking distance. 4 min walk to Bergen St Station with access to 2/3/4, 7 min walk to Atlantic Terminal with access to the 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R/W and LIRR, 12 min walk to Lafayette Av Station with access to A/C and to Fulton St with access to the G. Lease is ending July 2026 but my roommates intend on re-signing. Photos of the room are from before move in and the photos of the living area are current.
