Thea A A - $2,400/month

Hi! I’m Thea 🦋 I’m 27 and moving to New York for a new job starting mid-September! Originally from Germany, but I’ve called LA home for the past five years.

Budget wise, I’m looking to spend $2,000 to $2,500 for my part.

A little about me: I’m super into wellness stuff, Pilates, yoga, the gym, and I definitely can’t function without my matcha lol. I’ll be in the office 4 to 5 days a week and will occasionally travel for work too, sometimes back to LA, which is a nice bonus!

I also have the sweetest, cuddliest dog who I’d love to bring along with me (he’d be in daycare while I’m working). But if that’s not doable for the space, I have family in LA who’d happily take care of him, and I’d get to see him often since I’ll be back for work anyway 🙂
