Hi! I have one bedroom available (sublease) in a bright two bedroom, one bath apartment in inner sunset.
A little about the room:
Rent is $1250 a month with a $1000 security deposit.
We are looking for someone who can stay a minimum of 3 months, with a longer duration preferred. Move-in day being June 1st.
About me:
I am 26 and will be getting a masters degree at SFSU. I am originally from Germany (Munich). I will be studying a lot and hope to keep the apartment quiet most of the time. On my free time, I love any outdoor activities (kitesurfing, running, tennis, pickleball, squash..). I will be moving in at the end of July.
My girlfriend (22) will already be moving in my room at the beginning of June. She will be studying at UCSF/SFSU for the next three years. She is originally from France, but spent ten years living in San Diego.
About you:
You are respectful, tidy, and easy going.
There is no available parking, no pets allowed, and no smoking allowed.
