Kimberley S - $1,200/month

I am a semi-retired renaissance woman with a diverse background working in restaurants, catering companies and wineries in San Francisco and Napa. I have also worked in fashion, theatre, photography, dance and music venues. More recently I have enjoyed up-cycling and re-selling modern-vintage furniture and decor, but now I mostly help people downsize their homes. I am also working on a documentary about my family's Hair Fashion Theatrical Production Company, highlighting the avant-garde and flamboyant lifestyles of the Bay Area, in the 70’s! and 80's!

I typically spend my days, organizing, writing, re-inventing myself and visiting family. As well, I like to do yoga, dance and take walks or hikes in nature in and around neighborhoods where I live. Although I mostly keep to myself, I enjoy spontaneous conversations, meals or activities with roommates.

I’m a very considerate person and hope to live in a household where people respect each other and their space(s) and who cleanup after themselves automatically.
