Laid back, open-minded, accommodating, outgoing, considerate, love music and movies, active, native New Yorker, parent to two college-aged women, outdoors person which includes sidewalk dining ;-) as well as hiking....hey, anything outdoors is fun (dining and/or watching a film on the rooftop, or just conversation and a glass of wine/beer is too cool, especially with the views...your better half will love it too). The neighborhood has no equal, especially if you like to live life to it's fullest. I like to travel so I want someone I can trust. Ask me anything you like, but please, please, please. keep the drama to a minimum. I know life happens and it's not realistic to tell people, "no drama". I have two daughters so I'm familiar. And I judge you by the friends you keep, so if they're wild and zany, you're in! LOL!

ps. Have to see it to believe it. You'll be the envy of your friends. My daughters visit me once in a while but never on short notice and they never stay too long anyway. In closing, I am a bit corny; I love the holidays and continue my mom's tradition of decorating the place for every holiday....every! holiday!...but if you're here, I'll keep it to a minimum. Don't forget, I'm like a mushroom....a fun-guy!....See?....corny ;-)
