* About me: My name is Jacob and I am a Masters Student at CMU graduating in Dec 2026. I like to ride my bike and stay active when I am not overwhelmed with coursework. I rock climb, ski, hike, bike, basically anything outdoors. I like anime and learning about other languages and cultures. I love to eat good food and am getting better at making it too.
* Cleanliness: Shoes off at the door, clean up after cooking/using the kitchen, wipe counters and clean spills immediately, stack dirty Tupperware/bowls to a reasonable amount (2-3 days), I try to mop once a month, I have cardboard down in the living room where I wipe down/maintain my bike.
* Schedule: I might have late nights for school but won’t be loud/noisy, over the summer I will have a 9-5 internship and plan on being outdoors exploring most weekends. My current roommate says I am not loud. I wear headphones when listening to music typically.

Additional Info
Preference to incoming student as our schedules/lifestyles will align more. The GAP trail is really close and so are Schenley and Frick Park. Our street is very quiet and only local home traffic drives on it. Bike ride to class is a little hilly but that’s just the way Pittsburgh is.

I am looking for a respectful, communicative roommate who’s mindful of noise and cleanliness. Definitely not a party house.

Two people could live in the room if interested as I would say there is space for two beds and desks, and I would adjust the split of utilities accordingly.
