Hi :) I'm looking for an available (private) room. Furnished or not, either works. Open to month to month or 3-ish month opportunities, but for the right situation I would be interested in 6mo or a year! I am a quiet and respectful roommate, and I will be clean with kitchen and living and bathroom areas but my room might get cluttered especially when I need to do laundry hahaha. Occasional guests but usually only one person at a time and I can always give you a heads up beforehand. I would prefer to live in Northside/West Allegheny area, however I would be open to Friendship/Shadyside/Lawrenceville area as well.
