Hey! My name is Erika and I'm 24 years old. I've found a great place in Bushwick for $775 each. It's a 3 bedroom, but at least 2 bedrooms need to be filled to move in, so I'm looking for one or two other people who want to join me! I would like to move by Dec. 27-30 (Jan. 1 at the latest) but might be able to work around other move dates. The place is a 3 bed 1 bath in a modern building. It has a great kitchen with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher. There is also a furnished rooftop, gym, rec room, and laundry room in the building.

I'm currently working as a temp and also doing freelance public relations work occasionally. My hobbies include theater, amusement parks, horror movies, baking, and drinking.

I'm friendly and I value good communication. I'll admit my bedroom can get a little cluttered but I keep shared spaces clean. Pre-covid I liked to host small gatherings. Not so much anymore, but I do still like having a couple friends over from time to time!
