The spacious house is about 2000 square feet and has three bedrooms. There is plenty of room to have a lot of privacy. As a working professional and owner of the house, I am looking for a quiet, clean, responsible person to rent a room and to share the house. The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished, and the room itself is no exception. It comes complete with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, black out blinds for a good night’s sleep and plenty of natural light to keep you feeling bright and refreshed.

As a tenant, you'll have access to shared spaces, including: a chef's kitchen with everything. you need including a vitamix, spacious living areas, dining room, and two bathrooms (one on the main floor and one on the second floor). Laundry facilities are located in the basement, and street parking is readily available.

Utilities are set at a fixed monthly rate of $50, and high-speed internet is included. You won't have to worry about additional expenses except for household essentials like toilet paper.

A bit about me:
I'm a working professional with a passion for travel, exercise, great wines, and gourmet cuisine. I'm also deeply interested in photography, art, and design. I have an easy-going personality and I'm often not present at home. Most of my week is spent in Vaughan, where I provide care for my mother, so I typically spend about 2-3 days a week at home.

Located in the heart of Leslieville - Queen and Broadview area - the home is conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance of a diverse range of shops, restaurants and public transit. This means you'll have everything you need just a stone's throw away from your doorstep!
